We hope to exclude fetal genetic diseases, and voluntarily choose pregnant women with cb-nipt single cell non-invasive prenatal gene testing;

• all pregnant women who want to test as comprehensively as possible for fetal genetic diseases in the early stage of pregnancy;

• pregnant women who have successfully conceived through in vitro babies;

• older (age ≥ 35) pregnant women;

• pregnant women with high risk of serology in the early and middle stages of pregnancy, or with single indicator value change;

Pregnant women with high NT value or other abnormal anatomical structure during pregnancy;

• one of the couple is a chromosomal disease patient, or has a history of contact with teratogenic substances, or has been pregnant or given birth to a child with chromosomal disease;
