UniSeq^®PGT-A

Preimplantation Genetic Testing for Aneuploidies(PGT-A) refers to the detection of chromosome aneuploidy and other structural abnormalities in all 23 pairs of chromosomes at the 3rd or 5th day during embryo development. The test is done before embryo transfer, in order to optimize embryo transfer, to improve pregnancy rate and to effectively reduce the risk of abortion and birth defects.

Uniseq ®  PGT-A is a kit independently developed by Unimed, in order to reduce the cost of PGS and increase the detection resolution of chromosomal abnormalities. High-throughput sequencing technology is used to accurately analyze chromosomal abnormalities in embryos.
