Shanghai Unimed clinic laboratory（Former Shanghai Genesky clinic laboratory） was founded in 2016. With a number of innovative technologies, it has developed various high-efficiency, high-throughput and accurate IVD products, providing professional medical testing and scientific research services for genetic analysis, carrier screening microbial identification, and cancer companion diagnostics. At present, the laboratory has three clinic lab certificates: molecular genetics, immunology and pathology. In July 2019, Unimed acquired Shanghai Genesky clinic laboratory. This acquisition enabled Unimed to expand its business and product lines besides its solid establishment in the field of reproduction and genetics, to expand the market share of the Unimed in clinic examination business, and to promote the company's development strategy of multiple regional clinic examination centers.

At present, the clinic laboratory covers an area of 1500 square meters and is located in the Oriental Valley Park of Shanghai. The laboratory has a comprehensive collections of platforms for molecular diagnostics, cell sorting and capture, including our innovative single cell capture platform Unipicker, flow cytometry, Illumina microarray scanning platform, the first generation sequencing platform, and Illumina NGS platform.
