iSeq^®100            

This is the latest innovation in new generation sequencing (NGS). The compact Illumina iseq ® 100 system combines the accuracy of complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) technology with the proven Illumina side synthesis side sequencing (SBS) chemistry technology to provide highly accurate data while achieving fast turnaround times. The iseq ® 100 system generates 1.2 GB of data in 17.5 hours per run and provides the high resolution and analytical sensitivity needed to detect rare variants and rare transcripts. The iseq ® 100 system is small in size and has great advantages. It can realize fast and economic small-scale operation without larger system. By equipping the laboratory with an iseq ® 100 system, researchers can easily sequence at any time without outsourcing or waiting for bulk samples to accumulate for higher throughput systems.

Rapid library preparation 

Iseq ® 100 system is compatible with all Illumina library preparation kits. Using NextEra ™ XT and NextEra DNA flex library preparation kits, researchers can prepare multiple libraries in 3-4 hours for direct sequencing of small genome and long fragment amplicons.

Sequencing on iseq ® 100 

After the library preparation, sample the library to the pre filled kit of iseq ® 100 system. Using the pre filled card box, it is very easy to start a sequencing operation on iseq ® 100 system, and the unfreezing, sample loading and startup can be completed within 5 minutes (total manual operation time).

High sensitivity and accuracy of SBS sequencing chemistry

During the sequencing operation, iseq ® 100 system uses the proven Illumina SBS sequencing technology, which is the most widely used ngs sequencing Chemical Technology in the world. Iseq ® 100 system provides high-quality data, more than 80% of bases have scores equal to or greater than q30 *.
