The system consists of a set of 10 high-throughput hiseq x instruments, which can bring more than 18000 human genomes each year, and the price of each genome is 1000 US dollars. Hiseq x ten makes human genome sequencing more economical and popular than ever before.

For the first time in the world, this sequencing program has broken the $1000 human genome barrier. Each hiseq X system can sequence the human genome with a coverage of 30 times or higher, while the cost of reagents and consumables is significantly lower than $1000.
