Miseq table sequencer enables you to achieve more specialized applications, such as targeted gene sequencing, macro genome sequencing, small genome sequencing, targeted gene expression, amplification sequence, starting sample size of 10 ng DNA, and HLA typing.
Miseq is the only desktop sequencer that can generate 2x300 BP double ended reads and up to 15 GB of data in a single run. This enables accurate detection of small genome assembly or target variation, especially in homopolymer regions. Today, more samples can also be processed in less time, while producing more reads per run than any previous version. All of this has become a reality on the bench top Sequencer with the shortest "sample to data" process.
The process of miseq system is simple, fast and automatic. It's only eight hours from DNA to data.
