Detection process
Test process
1. Isolate and collect tumor cells
2.
Select target cells through single cell capture platform
3.
Automatically generate cell number and picture through our pattern detection
software and statistics
4. After picking the target CTC, carry out molecular analysis, such as drug target detection and drug resistance.
Case
Taking breast cancer cell sorting as an example
CD90 positive cells are very rich in the blood of breast cancer patients. These tumor cells (FITC positive, PI negative) can be isolated and collected, and then the enriched circulating tumor cells can be targeted for research
CTC capture by single cell capture platform
Scanning objective: 4x, 10x, 20x, 40x
List file: the number of cells and pictures will automatically generate list documents for query
CTC DNA test
After grabbing the target CTC cells, DNA detection was carried out, and drug-resistant mutations such as ctc-egfr, ctc-kras, ctc-braf, ctc-pik3ca and ctc-tp53 were studied.
ctDNA test
ctDNA-egfr,
ctDNA-kras, ctDNA-braf, etc. were detected simultaneously, and were verified
with ctc-DNA.
