On August 25, in order to commemorate the 110th anniversary of the birth of Tan Jiazhen, one of the founders of modern genetics in China, the fourth global Chinese genetics conference was held at Fudan University. This meeting brought together well-known genetics experts and scholars inland and abroad, with the theme of "Genetics: technological innovation and collaborative development", and conducted in-depth discussion and exchange ideas on human genetics and phenotypic histology, reproductive development and stem cell biology, plant genetics and agricultural science, genome and bioinformatics, gene editing and cutting-edge technology. The venue is full of seats and has a strong academic atmosphere.
