With the rapid development of the clinical scale of assisted reproductive technology, and the rapid development of cytogenetic and molecular genetic diagnosis technology, the technology of preimplantation genetic diagnosis (PGD) and PGT has ushered in rapid growth and development. In order to make the technology more standardized and effective, and to strive for the accuracy of clinical diagnosis and the safety of the offspring, it has been approved by the reproductive health professional committee of China maternal and Child Health Association, the reproductive medicine professional committee of China Medical Doctor Association, the medical genetics branch of China Medical Doctor Association, the genetic consultation branch of China genetic association and the reproductive endocrine Professional Committee of China maternal and Child Health Research Association Expert discussion, combined with the international development and the actual situation of domestic clinical application, reached a consensus of clinical and laboratory experts.
